There’s nothing in life that can prepare you for bankrupsy.  It can be a grueling, agonizing process and having a lot of paperwork to fill out and calls to make while you’re going through it only adds to your irritation.  It’s bad enough that you reached this point where you feel like you have no money and won’t ever again and now are going through the tiring motions of filing bankruptcy.  But you have to do what you have to do.  That’s the way the real world works.  Still, it shames people from all walks of life to have to file for bankruptcy.  It’s a blow to their ego and stature.  Everyone just wants to be making enough money to get by.  Mostly everybody wants to be making more money than that so they can afford luxuries.  Of course things happen and, sometimes, even those who have a lot of money eventually lose a lot of it or all of it and have to file for bankruptcy themselves.  That’s even more of a blow to the ego as I am sure you can imagine.  It must be next to impossible to go from driving around a Ferrari one day to having to scrape together bus fare the next.  However, that’s just life.  You still have to wake up the next morning, shower, eat breakfast, and do whatever you have to do.
